Case Study: New Leader Onboarding
CHALLENGE:  Partnered with niche technology company executives to design / facilitate onboarding process for new business unit President; process included workshop as well as ongoing coaching.

INSIGHT New leader filled the role of a well-respected leader/boss; she wanted to accelerate building trust with her new team so they could hit their upcoming objectives.

ALIGNMENT:  We used the Forte Communication tool to understand and respect different communication styles; we also collected suggestions through interviews with other company executives about how this executive could most effectively integrate within the company.
