Case Study: Executive Coaching
CHALLENGE: Utilized 360 feedback assessment and self-assessments to collect data for new director at a healthcare company; identified leadership strengths and development areas as well as provided ongoing coaching for those areas.

INSIGHT: Leader had not formally managed people in the past; the leader struggled with providing appropriate direction and support to enable team members so they could do their jobs.

ALIGNMENT:  After 6 months as a new leader, we used the CCL 360 assessment and received valuable feedback which we used to build a practical development plan; we focused on how the leader could  delegate even more effectively.

RESULTS:  After 6 additional months, team members reported that the leader empowered them to act.
